This website rejects the unauthorized collection of email addresses using email collection programs or other technical devices, and it should be noted that such actions may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communication Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

1. No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from internet websites where the intent to refuse such collection is indicated.

2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.

3. No one who knows that email addresses collected, sold, or distributed in violation of the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 are prohibited from using them for information transmission.

Article 65-2 (Penalties) Those who fall under the following subparagraphs 1 shall be punishable by a fine of up to 10 million won:

1. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50, paragraph 4, by taking technical measures.

2. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50, paragraph 6, by transmitting advertising information for profit.

3. Those who violate the provisions of Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing email addresses, or using them for information transmission.
