TopSource Worldwide(탑소스)는 기업의 해외 진출 컨설팅 및 HR서비스 분야의 선두업체인 Blueback Global(블루백)을 인수했습니다.

TopSource는 1989년에 설립되었으며 급여대행(payroll) 및 EOR(Employer of Record) 서비스에 주력했습니다.

영국에 기반을 두고 있으며 인도에서도 큰 영향력을 발휘합니다.

이번 인수는 TopSource가 2020년 Horizon Capital로부터 투자를 받은 이후 7번째 인수입니다.

두 회사의 합병으로 급여대행 및 HR 솔루션 서비스의 제공과 강점이 확대될 것입니다.

블루백 한국법인은 해외법인 설립, 인력파견, EOR, 채용대행 등을 지원한다. 근로자 채용에 어려움을 겪고 있는 조선소 및 IT분야의

E-7비자 IT개발자, 용접공, 도장공, 전기공 등 외국인 채용을 전문으로 하고 있습니다.

EOR(Employer of Record, 기록상 고용주)이란 EOR제공업체가 회사와 근로자 사이의 중개자 역할을 하며 EOR을 통한 고용이 빠르게 증가하는 추세입니다. 기업은 더 이상 직원을 고용하고 싶은 국가에서 법인을 열 필요가 없습니다. 대신 EOR을 통해 근로자와 정상적이고 합법적인 근로관계를 유지할 수 있으며, 각국의 노동법 및 세법에 따라 급여 지급 및 복리후생을 대행할 수 있습니다.

코로나19 팬데믹 이후 변화하는 고용시장에서 글로벌화를 목표로 하는 기업들은 블루백의 HR 서비스를 통해 국내외 인재를 채용할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 되었습니다.

TopSource Worldwide has acquired Blueback Global, a leader in international expansion and hiring services.

TopSource was established in 1989 and primarily engaged in global payroll, and more recently Employer of Record (EOR) services. It is based in the UK, with a large presence in India as well.

This acquisition is the 7th acquisition since TopSource received investment from Horizon Capital in 2020. The merger of the two companies will expand the provision and strength of their joint payroll and HR solution services.

Blueback Global Services Korea, a part of this acquisition, supports overseas corporation establishment, labor dispatch and EOR, as well as recruitment. We are specializing in the recruitment of foreigners such as E-7 visa developers, welders, painters, and electricians in shipyards and IT fields that are experiencing difficulties in hiring locals.

Employer of Record providers act as intermediaries between companies and workers, a rapidly growing trend in employment. Companies no longer have to open a corporation in the country where they want to hire workers. Instead, they can maintain a normal, legal working relationship with workers through EOR, and pay personnel and labor and pay wages and manage welfare benefits by proxy in compliance with labor and tax laws of each country.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, companies aiming for globalization in the changing job market have opportunities to recruit domestic and foreign talent through Blueback's HR service.
